IP Violation and Removal Policy for ColorinPages

The Company takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that no published content violates any third-party intellectual property rights. However, we recognize that such violations may still occur. 3. Notice Submission Procedure
If you identify any content published by Coloring Pages that you believe violates your intellectual property rights, you must provide a formal notice using the process below:

4. Evaluation and Response

- Third-Party Contac: If the alleged infringing content was provided to the Company by a third party, we will contact them as part of the investigation to determine their rights over the content.
- Legal Advice: Where necessary, the Company may seek legal advice to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to resolve complex cases.
- Final Decision: After the preliminary review, the Company will inform you of the results and any necessary actions taken. If appropriate, a resolution to the issue will be discussed.
5. Resolution of Claims
Coloring Pages will strive to resolve any intellectual property complaints in a fair and timely manner. Potential outcomes include:
- No Violation Found: If no violation is found, the content will remain as-is.
- Content Replaced: The content may be replaced without modifications and without the need for a licensing fee.
- Licensed Content: The content may remain, subject to a negotiated paid license.
- Content Modification: The content may be modified to remove the infringing material.
- Content Removal: The content may be permanently removed.
If a complaint cannot be resolved and escalates to legal proceedings, the infringing content will remain removed until the dispute is legally resolved.
6. Policy Updates
Coloring Pages reserves the right to modify this policy as needed or as required by law. All changes will be communicated through our platforms.
